Region of Queens Mayoral Candidates state positions on Open Net-Pen Fish Farms - Part II

We are pleased to share an update to the previous post to include a statement received from Mayor David Dagley. Thank you Mayor Dagley for sharing your position with our followers and for those who may have missed the debate at the Astor Theatre. The original post in its entirety is below, with updates noted. The Region of Queens Municipal election on October 17th includes 4 candidates for Mayor, including the current Mayor, David Dagley. Protect Liverpool Bay asked the 4 Mayoral Candidates to state their position on "Open Pen Fish Farms" so we could share with our followers and supporters.

Below are the responses we received. At the time of posting we had not yet received a written statement from Mayor Dagley (and will add it if we receive it). But like all candidates, he did state his position at the Mayoral debate this past Sunday at the Astor Theatre. *EDIT*: We have now received a statement from Mayor Dagley and as promised, we've added below. *End of Edit*

QCCR Radio recorded the event at the Astor and will be rebroadcasting it in its entirety several times before the polls open on October 17, 2020. Listen in for dates and times or check their Facebook page for details.
