IMPORTANT: On August 11th, and after 4.5 years, Kelly Cove Salmon's (Cooke Aquaculture) applications for 1 amended site and 2 new open net-pen salmon feedlots in Liverpool Bay have completed DFA's review phase and advanced to the ARB for final decision. We now await the ARB's announcement of a public hearing date. Once the hearing date is posted, the board will be accepting applications for Intervenor Status for a period of 10 days.
