This is a FREE event that promises to be eye-opening and informative particularly for anyone who is newer to Queens Coast and may not be aware of the pending application for expansion of net-pen salmon farms in Liverpool Bay. This event will feature a discussion with the authors, a keynote address by Dr. Tony Charles of St. Mary's University, and a short documentary - all highlighting the critical need for less harmful, more sustainable aquaculture methods and the benefits of those alternatives. Three lucky attendees will win a signed hard copy of the book!
Books will be available for sale at the event by book seller LUNENBURG BOUND who also stock the book at their shop in old town Lunenburg for in person and online shopping.
