We need everyone to use your voice! December 21st is the deadline to comment on Canada's future Aquaculture Act through DFO's engagement process. This is another great opportunity to tell DFO and Fisheries Minister Bernadette Jordon that 'open net-pen fish farming is not worth the risk and that we want fin fish farming out of our oceans on ALL coasts.'

DFO's consultation on this potential Aquaculture Act includes engaging in feedback from the Canadian public, Indigenous peoples, Industry, and all stakeholders. They will begin preparing a 'What We Heard" report in early 2020.
